Chiropractic Adjustment and Treatment Program
Prepare For Your Visit To Ball Chiropractic Center
Your first appointment will take 1-2 hours, depending on whether we need to take x-rays. If you haven’t already filled out your forms (see below), you’ll do so at your first appointment. Then it’s time for your consultation and exam with the doctor and possibly have x-rays taken of problem areas.
Your second appointment will take 45 minutes to an hour, depending on whether we need to take follow-up x-rays. You’ll learn more about our practice and Advanced Atlas Orthogonal upper cervical chiropractic care, and then receive treatment.
Each additional appointment takes about 15 minutes, but can take additional time if you have extra concerns (new pain, extremity adjustments, etc). Please remember to report any new injuries to us at the front desk before coming to your appointment by calling 510-525-8611.
Fees and Insurance
Fees for services depend on your individual situation, so please call to speak with the front desk staff with any questions you may have. We’re network providers for Medicare. We’ll need copies of your ID card and insurance card at your first appointment.
We’re out of network with Kaiser, Aetna and all other insurances. So if you receive out of network chiropractic benefits on your plan we’ll give you all the information you need to bill your insurance and they’ll reimburse you directly.
